The Kosciuszko brewhouse, including a copper-clad mash tun/lauter and brew kettle, is located in public view immediately adjacent to the main hotel entrance. Stop by for a cold Kosci Pale Ale with Licencee Cameron or assistant brewers, Chuck and Rich.
Ask the staff to take you for a tour to see the wonderfully brewed Pale Ale. This 600 litre micro brewery was started up by brewer Chuck Hahn in April 2009, one of his latest brewing ventures after the Hahn Brewery in 1988 and the Malt Shovel brewery in 1998....
