This is a Home-Stay style of accommodation, which means I live in this property with my own bedroom with on-suite and I rent out the 3 other bedrooms to short term guests so you may be sharing the common spaces such as the bathroom and kitchen with other guests. The concept is a beautiful well maintained house that has a family feel, a home away from home. You can choose to interact with others or simple keep to yourself watch Netflix on your flat screen TV in your private bedroom or simple come and go as you feel, its totally up to you. So if you are looking for your own private accommodation then you may be better suited to booking a hotel.
House Rules; 1. This is a no shoe house and no smoking house,
2. There is no cooking/reheating of red meat inside the house due to the smell going through the house. 3. Kitchen and dinning area closes at 9pm.
4. If you leave the property and leave the aircon in your room on you will be asked to leave the property.
5. If you enter any other bedrooms apart from yours or you enter a door marked private you will be asked to leave immediately.
Just a note: I have 2 puppies 1x French bulldog and 1x dachshund both 12 months old that will be located downstairs during the day they will greet you at the door with lots of love, if I am not home so don't stress but if you're not a dog person this may be not the right place for you.
