The house, with its perfect aspect, is great for a summer family beach holiday but also excellent in the winter as it gets the sun all day, then, at night, has the warmth of gas heating throughout. The enclosed garden is perfect for the kids and pooch to play.

The dog friendly beach (patrolled in the summer) is on your doorstep. Warrain Beach is only a five minute walk - if the surf's "not working" at one beach it most certainly is at the other!...
