At Apex Bakery our wood oven has been continuously fired since 1924, making it what we believe to be the longest continuously fired commercial wood oven in Australia.
We use traditional Barossa recipes dating back to the 1800s and you will taste the difference at this wood oven bake house. You must try some of our specialties including our slow ferment doughs/breads and our pies and pasties.
